As of 3/22, scheduling for PLSR sessions is paused because my schedule is booked out for the next couple months. Please check back after 6/22 to book your session. Thanks!
Step into Your Soul Adventure.
Ever experience déjà vu? Do you have a special connection to certain places in the world, time periods, or to certain people? Do you struggle with unexplained illnesses or patterns in your life? Or perhaps you are simply curious to explore your previous lives. No matter the reason, if you feel drawn to past life regression, it may be a sign that your soul is urging you in that direction.
What is Past Life Regression?
Past Life Soul Regression, or PLSR, is a type of regression therapy that allows you to vividly access--and heal from--experiences in previous lives. You will have an opportunity to discover connections with people in your life today, learn about your karma, and get to the roots of re-occurring physical and emotional themes. You can learn about past successes and challenges and how you can apply this knowledge to your life today, using insight from your spirit guide and spiritual team. You will walk away with an expanded view of who you are and all that you are capable of—and how you can live your life with a deeper meaning and purpose.
PLSR with a Licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist
Your regression session may be purely healing, adventurous and positive, which would be great! In my experience however, folks often revisit certain lifetimes for a reason--there may be an experience or trauma that needs to be cleared and healed. Often-times, the simple act of remembering can clear the emotional charge from previous experiences, however as a trauma-informed therapist I can help you heal with even more depth. It can be helpful to know that you are in the safe hands of an experienced therapist as you explore and re-live moments during your sacred journey.
In addition to 13 years' experience as a mental health therapist, I was trained and certified in PLSR by Dr. Linda Backman at the Ravenheart Center Institute (she worked alongside Dr. Michael Newton who founded the Newton Institute and authored Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls). What will happen in my PLSR session?
We will begin with a brief intake so that I can learn more about you and your goals for the session and answer any questions you may have. I will then help you drift into a very relaxing trance state, similar to a deep meditation. You will then be guided to a place from which you can begin looking for past life details where you will have the chance to learn about:
You will leave your session with either a recording or detailed notes of your experience.
Setting you up for success:
To help you prepare for your session so you can get the most out of it, please engage as much as possible in your own mindfulness practices the week before you come. This might involve meditation, yoga, art, walking, gardening, etc. If you have a guided meditation you enjoy, it might be helpful to listen to that as well. This will help you practice using and engaging with your right brain, your intuition, and your connection to Spirit. I also suggest that you read books by Dr. Linda Backman, Micheal Newton and Brian Weiss to learn more about past life regression. And since PLSR involves hypnotherapy and hypnotherapy is a skill, it can be incredibly helpful to practice being in a trance state--especially if you have never before engaged with hypnotherapy or PLSR.
Please arrive for your session (online or in-person) 5-10 minutes before your session so you are not feeling rushed or stressed. If you are able to, you can meditate just before your session for 15-30 minutes. Make sure you have eaten, and are hydrated, and are wearing comfortable, non-constricting clothing. Please wait until after your session to drink caffeine or consume alcohol or drugs.
Please bring with you an idea of an issue you’d like to work on, such as: a persistent fear or phobia, an unexplained physical complaint, etc. You can also bring with you a short written list (3-5) of people who play significant roles in your life. This will help us identify possible past life connections and relationships. Before the session begins, we will have a chance to discuss your presenting issue and your goals for the session. During the session, you will be in a lovely, relaxing trance-state, which feels like deep relaxation similar to meditation. There will always be a part of you that is aware and you will always feel in control; at any point you can come out of trance and re-enter trance should you need or want to.
Finally, it is important to know that during your regression session your experience will be guided in large part by your spirit guide and spiritual team, and they will decide the most important life to show you, based on your needs right now.
Hours, scheduling and payment:
I highly encourage folks to meet with me first for a brief complimentary consultation via Zoom or the phone. This way we can get to know one-another, you can ask me questions and we can make sure you have everything you need for a successful session.
PLSR sessions are offered on Thursdays only (with some rare exceptions) and are 2-2.15 hours long. I am now offering in-person sessions for folks who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and Zoom sessions if you'd prefer to meet from the comfort of your home. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out brief intake paperwork. The cost of a PLSR session via Zoom and in-person is 245.00. PLSR sessions are unfortunately not covered by insurance. Please email me instead of calling to set up your first appointment, so that I can email you back a confirmation letter with info about your appointment once I receive payment. Because your time and mine are valuable, sessions must be paid for in advance (I will send an invoice through Ivy Pay). I am not able to issue refunds, however credit can be applied toward another date if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Bookings are limited as I offer only a couple PLSR sessions per week on Thursdays, so contact me now to set up your session. I look forward to meeting you and working with you!
Common Questions about PLSR:
Q: Is PLSR via Zoom as effective as in-person?
A: It certainly can be! As long as you are in a quiet, cozy environment, have an eye mask and earphones with a mic, you will be set up for success. We will use Zoom (or a similar platform) for video, and phone for audio. This way if Zoom cuts out or freezes, we can still hear and speak with one-another. And if you'd like your session recorded, just let me know and I'll send it to you after your session.
Q: What if I can't get into trance?
A: For even those with busy minds, it turns out that most people can experience trance or hypnosis. This is an experience that happens already throughout the night and day, so it will feel very familiar to you. It can be helpful if you practice meditation or other mindfulness practice in the days or weeks before coming in to your PLSR session. Youtube has some great hypnotherapy guided meditations to help you practice being in trance.
Q: How do I know if my experience is real or not?
A: Great question:) The good news is that even if you feel it's a story you are telling yourself, your subconcious is bringing up specific information to your concious mind for the benefit of your own own healing. However, you will likely find that the experience does not feel like a story from your imagination--it is not changeable, and is not likely a story you'd choose to tell yourself. Past-life memories often feel like actual memories, along with the strong emotions and sensory information memories can bring. It really needs to be experienced to be understood!
